Who we are

The service

Sibila offers tarot readings: the cards are drawn on our server, with cryptographic randomness, from a complete 78-card deck, and the interpretation is generated by artificial intelligence.

Readings are meant for self-knowledge, reflection and entertainment. They speak of tendencies and possibilities, do not predict events, and do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

How Sibila makes the reading

The cards are drawn on the server, with cryptographic randomness, from the full 78-card deck, and are saved before any interpretation. Sibila never picks the cards.

Sibila uses technology to interpret the cards: an artificial intelligence model by Anthropic writes the reading from the traditional meanings of each card, its position in the spread and your question. No person writes your reading, and Sibila has no supernatural powers.

The reading is a tool for self-reflection and entertainment. It speaks of tendencies and possibilities, never of guarantees, dates or certain events, and it does not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Artificial intelligence can make mistakes or sound more certain than it should. We check the format of every reading, verify that the cards it mentions are the ones drawn and filter promises of outcomes, but no check is perfect. If something looks wrong, write to contato@sibila.website.

If you are going through a hard time, please reach out for help. In Brazil, CVV answers 24 hours a day, free of charge, at 188 and cvv.org.br. In an emergency, call 192 (SAMU).

Who can use it

The service is intended for people aged 18 or over. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is yours.

Purchases and credits

The price is shown before payment, in your country's currency. Payments are processed by Stripe (card) or Mercado Pago (Pix); we never receive or store your card details.

Each purchase gives you reading credits, valid for 12 months. A credit is only used when your reading is ready; if there is a technical failure or the question cannot be answered, the credit is returned to you.

Questions we do not answer

Every question goes through an automated review before the reading. We do not give readings about medical diagnosis or treatment, pregnancy, someone's death, legal proceedings, gambling or investments, or about another person with the intent to control or monitor them. In these cases we suggest rephrasing the question, at no cost.

If a question suggests a risk to your life or someone else's, no reading is given and we show you a support contact. In Brazil, CVV answers 24 hours a day at 188.

Acceptable use

Do not include other people's data, identity documents, card details or illegal content in your question. We may refuse requests that breach these terms or try to bypass the service's safeguards.

Access to your readings

You access your readings through a link sent to the email used for the purchase. Each reading also has a permanent link: anyone with it can see the cards and the interpretation, but not your question. Share it only with people you choose. On the reading page, you can create a new link at any time; the previous one stops working.

Refunds

Refund conditions are set out in the Refund policy and do not limit your rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

Intellectual property

The Sibila brand, texts and software belong to 62.072.739 ARTHUR PERUSSINI VIANA. The card images come from the 1909 Rider-Waite-Smith edition, which is in the public domain. The interpretation of your reading is yours to keep and share.

Liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but decisions made based on a reading are the responsibility of the person who makes them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date of the current version is shown at the top of the page. Each purchase is governed by the terms in force on the date it was made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code. Disputes may be brought before the courts of the consumer's place of residence. If you live in another country, you keep any consumer rights that your local law guarantees.
